Privacy policy

Flexfoto AB (company reg. no. 559250-3675), Box 30208, 104 25 Stockholm, is the data controller for the processing of personal data that takes place via www.flexfoto.se. We care about your privacy and process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish law.

1. What data we collect

We may collect the following data about you:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Credit information (from Creditsafe)

The data is collected when you:

  • Place an order
  • Fill in a contact form
  • Use the website (cookies and analytics tools)
  • Sign an agreement via BankID (TellusTalk)

7. Marketing and newsletters

When you place an order, create an account or sign up for our newsletter, you can consent to receiving offers by email. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in an email or contacting us directly.

8. Cookies and web analytics

We use cookies to make the website work and to understand how it is used. We use no advertising-network cookies, and we never sell your data on.

The following cookies are set by flexfoto.se:

  • ff_locale — remembers which language you are reading the site in. Set when you click the language switch, and when we send an English-language browser to the English version for the first time. Stored for 12 months.
  • ff_price_mode — remembers whether you want to see prices as a private customer or as a business. Stored for 12 months.
  • ff_account — keeps you signed in to My pages. Stored for 30 days.
  • ff_src — remembers which channel you found us through, for example a search engine or an ad, so that we know which marketing is worth continuing with. The cookie contains no identifier: two visitors arriving from the same ad get exactly the same value, so it cannot be used to recognise you or follow you to other websites. Stored for 90 days.

Your basket is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to us when you proceed to checkout.

For visitor statistics we use Plausible Analytics, operated within the EU. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses or other data that can be linked to you as a person — the statistics show how many people visited a page, not who. Our support chat, Crisp, may set its own cookies when you open it.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The website still works, but your language and price-display choices will not be remembered.
