All-risk cover included – peace of mind when you rent a camera from Flexfoto

Renting expensive camera equipment can of course feel nerve-racking. "What if I drop it?" or "What happens if someone spills something on the camera?" are questions we get often. That is why Flexfoto has automatic all-risk cover for the whole rental period. You should dare to rent without worrying. We have designed our cover to suit hobby photographers and professionals alike — whether you are shooting weddings in Stockholm or documenting nature in the Alps.

What does all-risk cover mean?

The cover includes the most common kinds of damage that can arise in normal use:

✅ Accidents: you happen to drop the camera

✅ Water damage: rain or a spill, for example

✅ Theft: as long as you have handled the equipment with care

✅ Damage in transit: if something breaks in shipping, for instance

You are always covered during the rental period, as long as you state the right region of use when you put the product in your cart.

All-risk cover applies worldwide – but choose correctly!

When you book, you need to state whether the equipment is leaving Sweden. The all-risk cover applies only if this is filled in correctly.

Use within the Nordics — +26%
Use within Europe — +32%
Use outside Europe — +41%

If you are shooting in Norway or Denmark, for example, you must choose "within the Nordics" for the cover to apply. Should an accident happen in a country you did not state, you are fully liable for repair or replacement at new price.

What is not covered?

Generous as the all-risk cover is, there are some exceptions:

❌ Deliberate misuse or vandalism

❌ Loss with no explanation (e.g. leaving the camera at a café)

❌ Unregistered travel abroad

❌ Serious negligence or breach of our terms

Cost in the event of damage: 1,500 SEK per damage event — never more, if the insurance covers the damage
