You can now try renting and paying afterwards

Because we are very aware that we are a small, young company and that it can feel "scary" to be out of pocket without knowing whether what you rented will actually turn up, we are now introducing a new payment option:

Pay after the rental has ended.

It means what it sounds like — after you have sent the equipment back, we send an invoice that can be paid in flexible ways: bank giro, Swish, card or Klarna. The invoice is to be paid within 10 days.

Choosing this option carries a surcharge equal to 10% of the total rental cost.

We also continue to offer the existing option of paying later but before the rental starts — that carries a 5% surcharge.

If you pay now you get 1% off the price instead. Full refunds still apply if you cancel your order, as long as it is before we have shipped the equipment (and even if we have, you pay only shipping and the equivalent of one day's rental).

Whichever option you choose, our cancellation policy always applies: a full refund if you change your mind right up until we have shipped the equipment to you. If we have already sent it, you pay only shipping and one day's rental.
